IEP Solutions, LLC (the maker of fastIEP) is a research-driven and mission-focused company. We aim to apply the newest in neuroscience research and leading-edge digital technology to alleviate the burdens, and empower the lives, of differently-abled people who have challenges related to their brains or minds. We are committed to research, and we are also committed to the privacy and security of your personal data.

We have invented a range of software, hardware, and professional training products and offerings. A central theme across all our offerings is empowerment and inclusion for all neurotypes, and empowerment of their teachers, parents, and communities.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the “Manage Subscription” page. For convenience, you can click this link to go directly to the “Manage Subscription” page: https://go.fastIEP.com/upgrade.

Refund Policy

If you are on a paid plan (Monthly, Yearly, etc.) and you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to fastIEP until the end of your current subscription period. For example, if you subsribe to a yearly plan on January 1 and you cancel on October 30, you will still have access until December 31. If you cancel within seven days of creating a new subscription, we will refund your entire payment. Simply contact us at the “Submit Support Request” page to request your refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds after seven days.

What Happens to my Data?

If you cancel your subscription, we cannot guarantee that your data will be available after the expiration of your subscription period. Even if you sign up again to fastIEP, your data may not be accessible, so please be aware of this when cancelling your account.
